Booking Calendar

Graduate and Family mini-sessions will be available on site at Rock Springs Church on Graduation Day, May 15, 2026 from 530pm to 630pm.  Sessions are in 5 minute blocks and include up to 6 poses for family or individual photos (digitals).  Access to the church is not available until 600pm, and we anticipate these sessions to be OUTDOORS on the church property.  In addition to your 6 poses, you will also receive access to the posed and candid photos we take throughout the graduation ceremony at no additional cost.  

Senior Formals will be taken on June 9, 2026 and July 14, 2026 from 9am to 2pm.  Photo slots are 60 min and up to six (6) Seniors can book the same time slot.  We encourage groups of friends to book a slot together.  Parents are welcome to attend.  You will see your photos as they are taken in real time, and you will choose your official photo before leaving the session.  

WHAT TO WHERE: 

Boys should come with or wearing a plain white t-shirt.  We will provide tux shirts, bow ties, and jackets -- but you must have a plain white t-shirt underneath your tux shirt.  We also suggest bringing (or wearing) a button-down, collared shirt if you want a formal studio-style photo.  You can also bring/wear a blazer.  This is a great opportunity to get a formal dressy photo for use throughout your Senior year or college application process.  We will assist boys with putting on the tux shirt and jacket. 

Girls should come wearing a comfortable, dressy outfit.  We will have laundered black tube tops available for each girl to change into prior to putting on the black drape for the formal photo.  Girls will get dressed in the restroom, and should ideally have a parent or friend to help with putting on the black drape.  Girls are also encouraged to wear a dressy outfit as this is a good opportunity to take a formal dressy photo for use throughout your Senior year or college application process.  

COST:

There is no cost to take the formal official school photo (tux/drape) or limited additional formal photos (button-down shirt, blazer, or dress).  You will receive a link to a private viewing gallery after the session where you can purchase digitals, prints, magnets, etc.  

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

Note the dates as they relate to summer vacations and suntans (or sunburns).  Hair coloring and hair styles must adhere to school dress guidelines.

All boys are required to be clean-shaven for the formal photo.  

Girls may wish to wear a necklace (pearls are traditional), and we will have a set of faux pearls available for use.  

You will select the final official photo prior to leaving the photo session.  If a makeup session is required, there will be a $50 fee.
